Torque range: 1400~36500Nm
There are two types: Single Disc Types and Dual Friction Plate
Type. They are large size air clutches and are designed for highest
torque capacity and low inertia.
Typical Applications: Forging Machines, Foil Making
Machines, Paper Machines, Ball Mills, Coil Machines, Conveyor
Machines,a variety of Presses.

Simple
Piston & Cylinder Structure
There is neither influence of centrifugal force, nor torque
fade caused by the wear of friction facing.

O-Ring
Used for Sealing
Repairing cost to the tube type clutches is lower and the
maintenance is easier.

Structure of Disc
As the centrifugal force does not affect even at high speed,
a stable torque is generated.

Fin Structure
Fin structure provides a better cooling effect, resulting
in generating a stable torque.

The
Splined Sliding Part
The smooth movement makes a better release of disengagement.

Adoption
of Multi-Split Friction Facing
The better airflow increases cooling effect. The material
of friction facing is made of non-asbestos.

Low
Inertia
The most suitable engagement at high speed is realized.
Air
passing through the rotary seal and bracket is fed into the cylinder
sealed by O-rings, and pushes the piston. The pressure plate is
bushed by the piston and moves, and then contacts the disc with
both sides of the friction facings. The friction facing plate
& housing, the disc & hub move smoothly through spline.
Air being exhausted, the return springs disengage the clutch.
