Series (Spring-Set Air Brakes)
|
|
|
Torque range: 50~450Nm
Spring-Set Air Brakes are engaged by multi springs and is disengaged
by air pressure.
Typical Applications: Printing Machines, A variety
of Conveyors, Elevators, Automated Machines, Traveling Cranes,
General Industry Machines, Labor-Saving Machines.
|
|
Feature:
-
Spring Engaged
BSE Brakes are spring-engaged and air-disengaged.
- Fail-safe
Brakes
When power fails or air pressure drops, the brake is engaged
automatically.
-
Excellent Heat Dissipation
The disc with cooling fins enables the use under severe running
condition.
-
Easy Replacement of Friction Facing
As a friction facing is split into half, which is replaceable
on machine.
-
Simple Desigm and Tough Structure
The structure is simple, reliable and for longer life.

Series Brakes are spring-engaged and air-disengaged.
Air is supplied to the cylinder through a flow control
valve and the shoulder bolts and piston plate move together
and compress springs.
Then the friction facing separates from the disc with
hub the brake is disengaged. When air is exhausted,
the springs push the piston plate, the friction facing
contacts ith the disc with hub.
