BCF Series (Disc Caliper Type Air Brakes)

Torque range: 50~90Nm
Disc Caliper Brakes are suitable for emergency stop and high cycling applications, and are easy to mount and use. The brakes can be operated in non-lubrication.
Typical Applications: Conveyors, Wire Drawing Machines, Textile Machines, A variety of Assembling Machines, Printing Presses , Labor-Saving Machines.

• Stable Torque
  BFC Series Brakes are most suitable for sudden braking and frequent use. The direct exposure to air allows efficient heat dissipation from the disc surface, stabilizing torque.
• Optionally Controllable Torque
  Torque is widely controlled by changing air pressure. The disc radius proportionally corresponds to torque. Thus attachment of a multiple number to a disc increases torque in multiple.
• No Lubrication Necessary During Operation
  
• Easy Installation and Operation
  Ductile-iron made T-support allows any angle selection for simple installation.
  Also BFC is applicable as a brake for linear motion.
• Non-Asbestos Material for Friction Facing is used

Air being applied to air chamber, a piston pushes the friction facing, then contacts with a disc from the both sides. Air being exhausted, return springs release engagement. The non-lubrication type packing is use for the piston.
